The Birth of Reborn
Reborn was established in 1997. Prior to Reborn, in 1980, I founded and owned 100% of New Jerseys largest Auto Insurance Company, Aegis Ryan Group, who also was the largest producer for General Motors MIC Physical Damage Insurance in the World.
Also in 1980 I founded and owned 100% of National Road Service, a motor club that had over 50,000 members. I started these companies with $258 when I was 26 years old. These companies produced $35,000,000 in revenue within the first 2 years, with 92 full time employees and 76 locations throughout N.J.
Being young and having access to millions of dollars, I had trouble staying on the straight and narrow. One Night I sat in the back of my Limo and prayed to God, that he better take away all this for I was totally out of control. I believed I was on my way to hell by the way I was living my life. God listened to my prayer and soon after that prayer; everything started to fall apart for me and ended up Homeless in Venus Beach by Jan. 1994.
I always took the title, Chairman Of The Board, in all the companies I owned. The reason for this, is that many times people would come into our Home Office and ask to speak to the President. This was a perfect way if I wanted to be invisible, I could.
When I lost everything, I prayed and told God that if He ever gave me the opportunity to start another business that I would never take the title that I loved to take as Chairman Of The Board , that I would make Jesus Christ the Chairman Of The Board.
In 1997, my mother gave me $5000 seed money to start Reborn.
Today Reborn has ownership in 6 companies worth millions of dollars.
I'm not that good. Since I've made Jesus Christ Chairman Of The Board my life has been a miracle. I also believe that if you want to be blessed you must first give a blessing, and then God can truly use you as a channel
