For 16 years, Jaclyn’s first company, Graphic Word Systems, created diversified marketing materials and trained small businesses. She has worked with major corporate training companies, taught at four community colleges and taught for 2 years in West Africa while in the Peace Corps. She also redesigned community and contract education interaction for West Valley College. In 2002, as Success Connection, she formally became a networking coach. Interfacing with well over 500 companies. The author of Spontaneous Combustion: Developing Profitable Relationships, she is a frequent speaker at groups throughout California. With 3 other partners Jaclyn provides web based tools for e learning for business people. In 2004, Patricia J. Munson and Jaclyn teamed up to create Dimensions in Discovery, Inc., a 501(C) (3) non-profit, previously known as Munson & Associates, Dimensions in Discovery, in San Jose. As Executive Director, Jaclyn markets the workshops that Patricia facilitates, and assists in developing tools for women in business. As a human services advocate (Help Them Help Themselves), Jaclyn actively procured funding for a Resource Center in South Africa to educate over 35,000 refugees on the prevention of HIV/AIDS. She has extended that passion in her efforts with Relief Inc. Jaclyn is very active in women’s groups, especially the American Business Women’s Association, where she was honored as one of their three Outstanding Women of the Year 2002
